Breathe is a studio primarily focusing on meditation of all varieties, but also offers workshops that promote wellbeing.  In their own lives, the staff of Breathe Studio found meditation and alternative healing were essential complements to Western therapies. The founders of Breathe Studio used these practices in times of extreme stress, both physical and mental, and found healing on many levels. The benefits were so powerful that meditation became part of their daily lives and continues to expand their relationship with themselves and with others.
