Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

A private session is perfect for anyone who wants to address certain personal issues, wants to work on certain techniques and postures, wants to develop a deeper personal practice or just wants to get comfortable with techniques before joining a class. Most of our teachers are available for private sessions.

Currently sessions are available for Integral Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Restorative Yoga and Yogic Breathing. Want to work on something that isn’t listed – give us a call and we will do our best to facilitate your session.

Mindfulness Meditation


Learn basic mindfulness stress reduction techniques and leave with a basic set of tools to start your practice and make you feel comfortable attending any mindfulness session. Class covers breathing and meditation techniques and includes time for practice as well as discussion.

Restorative Yoga Private Sessions

Truly Beginners Hatha Yoga


New to yoga? Need a refresher on postures?

Take an hour and have a one on one with Johannah and get all your questions answered. Here we start at the beginning! Using breath with posture, you will learn how to build a gentile practice you can take home with you. This private session will give you the confidence to walk into a yoga class and know what the difference is between a dog down and an up dog. Each session is followed up with a written summary of the postures covered. Come practice!!!

Robin Albertson-Wren has 25 years of classroom teaching experience, having begun her work at St. Anne’s-Belfield School in1993. Her passion is teaching mindfulness techniques to educators, parents, adolescents and children. She has presented “Mindfulness in Schools – Educating and Empowering Our Children” to many local, statewide, and national audiences. Robin’s training is through Mindful Schools, and she is currently completing her yearlong certification program as a Mindfulness Instructor.
