Meditation Room Hours (Charlottesville Studio)

Monday  - Closed

Tuesday and Thursday - 10:00-5:00

Wednesday and Friday - 9:00-5:00

Saturday and Sunday - open during classes (check online schedule)


If class is in session (curtain is drawn) come and go to the meditation room as you like.

Feel free to close the meditation room door.  If someone is already in the meditation room, just enter quietly.  Enjoy!
