Then making time to meditate, whatever technique you use, becomes nothing other than making time to come home to your deeper self, a time of inner peace and renewal.

-Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD

Breathe Studio was created after each partner found their own way to both meditation and alternative healing through personal struggles with losses due to illness. Although we needed the support, we found it difficult to find instruction that was accessible, affordable and trustworthy.  We also found it stressful sorting through the plethora of alternatives at a time when additional stress was not needed. These experiences inspired the founders of Breathe to make this support more available – the result is Breathe Studio.
